Translation is available to everyone now. Knowing the right question is not: which specification to demand, which number must appear in the quotation, and what gets left out and returns later as a cost. Arabic with your team, German and English with the supplier.

Suppliers answer an EU address and an EU phone number. Travel to a plant in Germany, Italy or Austria is a short trip, not a visa application.
Every counterparty is screened before a single price is quoted.
We work with pharmaceutical manufacturers across the Arab world, and every market has its own export-control position. We check each company and each owner against the EU Sanctions Map and the EU dual-use control list before we quote, whichever country the buyer is in, and we decline anything that falls inside a restriction. Some biological process equipment needs an EU export licence; where it does, the European supplier applies for it before shipment, and we tell you at the start how this affects the timeline. We do not trade finished medicines, narcotics or any regulated product outside our scope.
